Due Radarby Umbra Labs

Terms of Service

Effective 3 October 2026

The short version

1. Who we are

Due Radar is published by Umbra Labs, a sole proprietorship based in India. You can reach us at umbralabs.help@gmail.com. These terms apply to the Due Radar Android app and this website.

2. Using the app

You may use Due Radar for your own personal or business record keeping. You are responsible for what you enter and for acting on your own deadlines. Due Radar reminds you; it does not pay bills, cancel subscriptions, renew documents or contact anyone on your behalf.

Reminders are delivered by your phone's Android notification system. Battery savers, Do Not Disturb, a switched-off phone or notification settings can delay or silence them, so please don't rely on Due Radar as your only safeguard for something critical.

3. Free use and Due Radar Pro

4. Payments

All purchases are processed by Google Play under Google's own terms. We do not receive, store or process your payment details. Prices shown in the app come from Google Play and include the taxes Google applies in your country.

Refunds are covered in our Refund policy.

5. Your data

What you enter stays on your phone. We operate no account system and no server that stores your items. See the Privacy policy for the detail, including how shared receipts and backups work.

Keeping your own backups is your responsibility. The app writes a copy to your phone and offers to send one elsewhere; we cannot recover data from a lost, wiped or broken device.

6. Updates

The app updates itself with improvements and fixes. We may add, change or remove features. If a change would materially reduce what a Pro purchase gives you, we will say so in the app before it takes effect.

7. What we don't promise

Due Radar is provided as it is. We do our best to make it accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that a reminder will always arrive, or that the app is free of faults. To the extent the law allows, Umbra Labs is not liable for late fees, missed renewals, expired documents or other losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including under India's consumer protection laws.

8. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, or use it to do anything unlawful.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have where you live.
